Less is more

Our new CLIP-FLEX shroud requires 30% less transport and storage volume, while offering up to 20% more room for fittings and installation. This is made possible thanks to a combination of compact shroud half-shells and integrated connecting branches. It’s universal in use, as it fits all REHAU district heating pipes with diameters from 90 to 250 mm. You get more creative freedom and additional application options thanks to new component combinations – all in all, installation is considerably simplified for you.

Our new CLIP-FLEX shroud is available as a T/I/L configuration and in two sizes: in diameters 90 to 150 mm and 90 to 250 mm. Not all improvements are visible to the naked eye: the increased watertightness now withstands pressure of up to 0.3 bar – with even greater flexibility. The secret: a modular design based on precision injection moulding. Or in other words: engineering skill made by REHAU.

• Sleeve shell set made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS)
• Connection piece made of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) including sealing sleeve made of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM)
• Stainless steel quick-release tightening strap
• Sealing half-shell made of glass fibre reinforced polypropylene (PP GF)
• Clamps made of glass fibre reinforced polyamide (PA GF)
• Socket plugs made of polyoxymethylene (POM) including valve, sealing ring and sealing plug
• Special mould adhesive (Kisling ergo 5889)
