AWADOCK Polymer

For connection to smooth-walled polymer and GRP pipes

AWADOCK Polymer, your polypropylene connection system for lateral connection to smooth-walled plastic pipes: allows you to connect DN/OD 160 and DN/OD 200 plastic pipes to smooth-walled plastic pipes. Even from DN 250 upward, AWADOCK Polymer is less expensive than a 90° single branch with sleeve couplers. Low material costs and the fact that the main pipe does not have to be exposed or disconnected make our system an economical alternative. This also makes it ideal for lateral house connections, which can be installed during operation. Rated "Very good" in the IKT product test "House connection sockets" in May 2011.

AWADOCK polymer to liner

For connection to inline-renovated pipes

The AWADOCK Polymer Liner is another solution from REHAU for special cases involving liner-renovated main pipes. Concrete, reinforced concrete or stoneware pipes from DN 200 to DN 1400 renovated with liners can be connected perfectly with this AWADOCK variant. In addition to the proven sealing concept of AWADOCK Polymer, there is also a swelling paste that compensates for any inherent unevenness in the liner.

AWADOCK corrugated pipe,

For connection to composite sewer pipes

AWADOCK composite pipe, the polypropylene connection system for lateral connection to corrugated composite pipes. It can be used in all commercially available corrugated pipes according to DIN EN 13476-3 (with the exception of ribbed and spirally reinforced pipes). One of the few connecting branches, which also maintains its sealing effect under shear loads and bends. Leaktight up to 0.5 bar as per DIN 4060 - confirmed by the MFPA. AWADOCK corrugated pipe is more cost-effective and time-saving than standard construction with branches and sleeve couplers. Another advantage: The channel can normally remain in operation during the installation process.
