RAUTHERM iso SPEED K and RAUTHERM iso TAC 10 systems

For GEG-compliant installation of the continuous pipe works in warm-water underfloor heating system. meet the requirements for room controllability with a usable area of 6 m².

Both solutions are characterised by the fact that the continuous pipe works are installed at the insulation level. The subsequently applied RAUTAC 10 pipe retaining plate or RAUTHERM SPEED plus 2.0 mat systems serve as an effective covering layer and protect the installed pipes and their insulation during subsequent construction work. At the same time, the heat flow from the continuous pipe works to the room is significantly restricted, which makes room control possible.

Both cover layers act as effective load distribution layers. In addition, the impact sound insulation properties are retained, as confirmed by comparative measurements carried out by an independent institute. Fast installation thanks to the stable RAUTAC 10 folding panel and the solid RAUTHERM SPEED plus 2.0 mat make both solutions particularly attractive.

RAUTHERM SPEED plus renova

Hook-and-loop composite system specialised for renovation.

The perforation of the mat provides a direct bond between the levelling screed and the subsoil for a minimal total construction height from 16 mm. It can also be installed on a wide variety of subsoils, making it ideal for renovation work.

RAUTHERM SPEED plus 2.0

Low construction

The hook-and-loop low-construction system enables the lowest total construction height of 41 mm without insulation. Consisting of a hook-and-loop pipe, RAUTHERM SPEED plus 2.0 hook-and-loop mat and Knauf N 440 levelling screed, it is suitable for all common subsoils.

Ceiling heating and cooling in both wet and dry construction

Comfortable heat and gentle cooling

For the thermal activation of ceilings, installation systems in both wet and dry construction are available. The dry construction system is quickly installed as prefabricated gypsum plasterboard with an integrated pipe and pre-drilled fastening grid. Wet construction is highly flexible and can be used for both large and smaller areas.

TABS utilises the large thermal mass of concrete building structures as a buffer for the changing cooling or heating loads during the day. It does this by running hot or cold water through pipes within the slab.

TABS is proving itself as an efficient low energy cooling system on various BREEAM "Excellent" and "Very Good", and Passivhaus certified projects across the UK.

Beyond the REHAU PE-Xa pipe, the EVERLOC jointing system plays a central role. Over 850 million fittings have been installed worldwide,  our jointing system consists of only 2 components; a compression sleeve and fitting.
